Not Medical or Crisis Support

The app does not provide diagnosis, therapy, emergency assistance, or medical advice. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated plans are suggestions only. Review all suggestions before saving or acting on them. Do not rely on generated content as professional advice.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may delete your data or account from the app, subject to Firebase reauthentication requirements.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, attack the infrastructure, or use the app to store unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
